About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure for Cardano and Midnight blockchain deployments across multi‑cloud and bare‑metal environments.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and alerting mechanisms to guarantee service reliability and rapid incident response.
- Enforce security best practices, including secret management, network segmentation, and compliance auditing across cloud providers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
- Strong background in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash/Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience managing hybrid or bare‑metal environments.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and implementing monitoring/observability solutions.
- Passion for blockchain technology, privacy, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
