DevOps Engineer - Digital Strategy & Products English Services - Cbc/radio Canada

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure for media and content delivery.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Docker, and Kubernetes to accelerate feature releases.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response for high‑availability services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define and enforce best practices.
• Implement security, compliance, and cost‑optimization strategies across cloud environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps roles with strong AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes expertise.
• Hands‑on scripting (Python, Bash) and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting.
