Devops Engineer
DevOps Engineer responsible for building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability of government digital services using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar to enable rapid, reliable deployments.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch, and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adopt best practices in automation, security, and observability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda) and container orchestration.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash and experience with Git-based workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
