Devops Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable AWS infrastructure for energy solutions, driving automation, reliability, and continuous delivery across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage AWS environments, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency for energy infrastructure projects.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CodePipeline to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Provision and configure infrastructure as code with Terraform, managing state, modules, and versioning.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes clusters, optimizing resource utilization and scaling.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices, monitor performance, and troubleshoot incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience in a production environment, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
- Proficient with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation) and experience managing multi‑region deployments.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
