Devops Engineer
DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring high availability using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Strong scripting in Python and Bash, with expertise in CI/CD and Git workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure on AWS using services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and ELB.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, ensuring automated testing, building, and deployment.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes, managing clusters, deployments, and scaling.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, maintaining versioned, reusable modules and ensuring drift detection.
- Automate routine operations and monitoring with Python, Bash, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Proficient with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
