Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation of processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle
- Optimizing the development process to bridge gaps between software development, engineering, and management
- Striving for continuous improvement by building and enhancing continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Driving the creation of automated processes to minimize the time from commit to production
- Serving as a key liaison between development and operations teams to enable rapid product development
- Increasing customer responsiveness by monitoring and optimizing application performance
- Ensuring the creation of stable, deployable, and scalable operating environments through continuous infrastructure development
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of development processes and programming languages
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
