About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between DevOps, Support, Onboarding, Sales, and Management to align priorities and deliverables.
- Track development initiatives, maintain project timelines, and coordinate escalations to keep stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate CI/CD pipeline management, ensuring code quality, automated testing, and rapid deployment across Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with cloud operations to optimize AWS resources, Terraform scripts, and infrastructure as code practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps roles with strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
