Software Engineer
Lead the DevOps practice by defining vision, standards, and strategy for infrastructure, platforms, and delivery pipelines, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD automation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall DevOps architecture, standards, and roadmap across multiple software solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Architect and manage container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes, including networking, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and govern Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform and Ansible to ensure repeatable, version‑controlled deployments.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, integrating automated testing, security scanning, and release processes.
- Collaborate with software architects and engineering teams to align platform decisions with application design and business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and operating cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Strong background in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams and drive technical standards.
