Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and observability for a hybrid health‑AI platform, bridging traditional DevOps with emerging AgentOps practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines for both application and AI agent services.
- Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/CloudFormation across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Develop and maintain observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) to monitor performance, reliability, and security.
- Automate deployment and scaling of containerized workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
- Collaborate with Full‑Stack and Backend teams to integrate build processes and enforce best practices.
- Own shared services infrastructure, ensuring high availability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and IaC frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK).
- Excellent scripting skills in Python or Bash and solid Git workflow practices.
