Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade applications on AWS.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance benchmarks.
- Implement Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java and .NET ecosystems.
- Proven expertise in designing microservices and deploying them on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality, maintainable code.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
