About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end SAP BTP HANA Cloud solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead a cross‑functional development team, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and prioritize feature development.
- Implement best practices for cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Analyze system metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive proactive optimizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud application development, with deep knowledge of SAP BTP and HANA Cloud.
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
