Lead the design and delivery of a cutting‑edge Autonomous Operations Platform, driving microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native solutions to enable intelligent, automated IT operations at scale.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve a cloud‑native AIOps platform using Java, Spring, and microservices patterns.
- Design scalable, resilient Kubernetes deployments and orchestrate CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with data science and security teams to embed machine‑learning insights and compliance controls.
- Guide cross‑functional teams on best practices for cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform reliability through automated monitoring and incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with a focus on cloud‑native microservices.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, observability, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and influence technical teams.
