Software Engineer
Seasoned developer needed for a 6‑month contract to build and maintain data services on SAP HANA Cloud, leveraging SQL, ABAP and JavaScript to deliver high‑performance, cloud‑native solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL scripts and ABAP programs for SAP HANA Cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs using JavaScript/Node.js to expose HANA data services.
- Collaborate with data architects to model data and ensure performance tuning.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Document solutions and provide technical guidance to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing on SAP HANA Cloud or similar in‑memory databases.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ABAP, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Korean language skills are a plus.
