The Developer – IIB/ESB will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing IBM Integration Bus (IIB) solutions that support MUFG Pension & Market Services’ Superannuation Funds platform. This role is critical in ensuring the stability and performance of existing integration flows while also contributing to the design and development of new features that align with evolving business needs. Working closely with Senior Developers and Technical Leads, the Developer will participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Developer will also be expected to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with architectural standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across integration services.

- Ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support MUFG Group assurance programs by promoting effective risk management and compliance practices.
- Assist in the development of new team standards, methodologies, and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of development work.

Experience & Personal Attributes
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using IBM Message Broker, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), App Connect Enterprise, App Connect, and Java technologies.
- Expertise in developing message flows using various nodes and transport protocols, including SOAP, RESTful APIs, HTTP, MQ, JMS, AMQP, databases, SFTP, and file systems.
- Strong development experience with WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and XPath.
