AI Engineer
Lead development of a Generative AI platform for mission support, leveraging Python, Machine Learning, and AWS to deliver scalable, secure solutions for national security applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines using Python and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced ML models into production workflows.
- Implement secure, scalable microservices with Node.js and container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
- Ensure compliance with government security standards and perform rigorous testing and validation.
- Document architecture, code, and operational procedures for cross‑team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in Python and Node.js.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, especially generative models (GANs, diffusion).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
