About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve developer tools and workflows to enhance productivity
- Develop and maintain documentation, tutorials, and sample code
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize build systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Gather feedback from developers to identify pain points and propose solutions
- Create and maintain internal developer portals and tooling dashboards
- Advocate for best practices in software development and tooling
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development or developer tooling
- Strong expertise in build systems (Bazel preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API design and developer-facing documentation
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and modern development tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
