Developer Community Manager

We're seeking a Developer Community Manager to lead and grow our developer community. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing community engagement strategies, managing community programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive community growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community management, technical writing, and a passion for developer communities. Experience with Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive member growth and retention
• Manage community programs, including events, meetups, and online forums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community initiatives into company goals
• Write and publish technical content to engage community members and promote company expertise
• Monitor community feedback and sentiment to inform community strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in community management or a related field
• Strong background in technical writing and content creation
• Experience with Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
