Engineering Manager
Entry‑level DevOps Engineer focused on Azure DevOps pipelines, Bash scripting, CI/CD automation, and building centralized logging and distributed tracing solutions for scalable cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Write and optimize Bash scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment tasks.
- Integrate centralized logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) to capture and analyze application and infrastructure logs.
- Implement distributed tracing (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Azure Application Insights) to monitor microservices performance and troubleshoot latency issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to enforce CI/CD best practices and ensure code quality through automated testing.
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve deployment workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Bash scripting and command‑line tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
- Knowledge of centralized logging and distributed tracing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
