About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely onsite and remote support for Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across multiple locations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications hosted on virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining high user satisfaction.
- Assist with Active Directory management, user account provisioning, and security compliance.
- Travel to power plant sites as required, delivering technical support and maintaining equipment integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop support and Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper‑V, VMware).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
