About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers for end users.
- Provide hardware and software support, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install and maintain Windows operating systems and related applications.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi‑Fi, and Internet connectivity issues.
- Assist users at both office and client locations, offering on‑site support as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on Windows environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
- Experience with printer setup and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
