Senior Desktop Engineer driving design, deployment, and support of Windows and macOS endpoints, leveraging Intune, SCCM, and virtualization to enhance security, reliability, and user experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoint environments.
- Manage Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Group Policy to ensure consistent configuration and compliance.
- Implement and maintain virtualization solutions for desktop and server workloads.
- Lead automation initiatives using PowerShell, scripts, and configuration management tools.
- Provide technical escalation support and troubleshoot complex desktop and server issues.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability, security, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering and endpoint management.
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware, or similar).
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management abilities.
