About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users, resolving issues via remote and onsite methods.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, permissions, and file/print services.
- Configure and troubleshoot network components, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Assist with IT infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate ticketing records and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop and network support within a client‑facing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
