Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present architectural concepts for major infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Produce detailed BIM models and CAD drawings, coordinating with engineering and construction teams to maintain design integrity.
- Lead design reviews, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, driving efficient delivery from concept through construction documentation.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in design and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in architectural design for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD (AutoCAD, MicroStation).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional team environment.
