Lead the creation and evolution of Stripe’s web presence, crafting intuitive, high‑impact interfaces across the platform using Figma, HTML/CSS, and design system principles to enhance user experience and brand consistency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design and iterate on web experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all web products and touchpoints.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs using Figma, HTML, and CSS.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and web design for enterprise or fintech products.
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design system implementation and end‑to‑end product design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
