Software Engineer
Lead the design and development of high‑performance injection molding components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement through advanced CAD, FEA, and manufacturing process expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product designs using CAD tools, ensuring manufacturability and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity and optimize material usage.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply‑chain teams to translate design intent into production‑ready specifications.
- Maintain and update ISO and internal quality standards, documenting changes and ensuring compliance across all projects.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for design‑related defects, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in design and development for injection molding or similar manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
