Design Engineering Manager 2

Design Engineering Manager 2 leads cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver complex engineering projects. Develops and implements design engineering strategies to meet business objectives. Collaborates with program managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. Oversees the development of design documentation and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. Develops and maintains relationships with key customers and partners.
