Senior leader to drive product engineering for a mobile security platform, overseeing iOS/Android development, cloud infrastructure, and continuous delivery while shaping strategy and fostering high‑performing engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product engineering roadmap for mobile security solutions across iOS and Android platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and scale multiple engineering squads, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and rapid delivery.
- Architect and optimize cloud services and backend systems to support real‑time threat detection and remediation.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure secure, reliable releases at scale.
- Collaborate with product, security, and data science teams to translate security requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role building mobile security or related products.
- Deep expertise in iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development, including secure coding practices.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and designing highly available, fault‑tolerant architectures.
- Proven track record of establishing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering execution with business objectives.
