About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost‑management initiatives for IT projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets and financial KPIs.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements to maximize value and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Technology, Digital) to plan, budget, and execute large‑scale IT initiatives.
- Analyze spend data, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements within the Project Management Transformation Office, enhancing efficiency and governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT cost management, vendor management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
