About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and audit of nuclear safety management systems in alignment with international standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety case reviews, and incident investigations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate safety requirements into project design, construction, and operation.
- Prepare and present safety performance reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and train staff on safety culture, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in nuclear safety management or related regulatory environments.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 14001, IEC 61511, and national nuclear regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in safety case documentation and audit tools.
