Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers developing automation, control, and cyber‑physical systems.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions that integrate PLCs, SCADA platforms, and cloud services (AWS) for high‑availability facilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements, ensure compliance with security standards, and deliver projects on schedule and budget.
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing best practices, code reviews, and performance metrics for software and hardware development.
- Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on automation, controls, or embedded systems, including hands‑on PLC programming.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for developing control algorithms and integration scripts.
- Experience with SCADA systems and cloud platforms, preferably AWS, to enable remote monitoring and data analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide technical teams, manage projects, and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
