Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end systems engineering for RAD‑restricted programs, ensuring technical excellence and schedule adherence.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration between design, integration, and test groups.
- Implement Agile practices to accelerate development cycles and improve stakeholder communication.
- Maintain strict compliance with Secret‑level security requirements and programmatic risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience in defense or aerospace environments.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams on complex, high‑security projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools.
- Valid Secret clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
