As a Denials Recovery Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing managed care contracts and comparing them against healthcare claims to identify underpayments for assigned clients. You will work with various reports and documentation to evaluate and appeal denied claims, and communicate with insurance companies and clients to resolve issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching payor policies, examining claims, calculating reimbursement, and contacting insurance companies to resolve denials. You will also document information, prepare correspondence, and maintain regular contact with clients and payors.
