- Engage stakeholders at all levels, providing transparent communication and managing expectations throughout project execution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project or demand management within digital transformation environments.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast‑paced, evolving setting.
