Lead the creation of a scalable B2B demand generation engine for technology solutions, leveraging marketing automation, ABM strategies, and data‑driven insights to drive qualified pipeline growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end demand generation programs that attract, nurture, and convert B2B prospects across target verticals such as AI, VFX, engineering, and healthcare.
- Develop and manage multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid search, display, webinars) using marketing automation platforms.
- Implement Account‑Based Marketing tactics, including target account selection, personalized content, and coordinated outreach with sales.
- Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, CRM data, and attribution models to optimize spend and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to create compelling messaging, assets, and sales enablement tools.
- Maintain and refine lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and reporting dashboards in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in technology or enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with ABM platforms, SEO/SEM, and paid media management.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
