About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of end‑to‑end integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
- Architect integrations between enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance) and third‑party systems, translating business requirements into technical designs.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, middleware integrations, and data synchronization processes.
- Conduct technical design discussions, code reviews, and enforce best practices across the integration team.
- Mentor and guide Boomi developers and integration support staff, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform and integration patterns.
- Strong background in API design, middleware, and enterprise application integration (ERP, CRM, HR, finance).
- Proficiency in Agile development practices and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to mentor junior developers.
- Hands‑on experience with security, performance tuning, and monitoring of integration solutions.
