Program Manager
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven data services, driving project success, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement in a fast‑moving, innovation‑focused environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for large‑scale AI and data projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product owners) to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Implement Agile practices, facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide transparent status reporting, and drive risk mitigation strategies.
- Champion process excellence, tooling adoption, and knowledge sharing across the delivery organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of delivery or program management experience in data, AI, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data‑centric tools is a plus.
