About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of AI‑enabled software modernization projects from inception to production.
- Apply Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate the software development lifecycle while maintaining quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including architects, data scientists, and engineers—to embed generative AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement by leveraging cloud platforms and automation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex software delivery or project management initiatives, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Hands‑on experience with generative AI technologies, machine‑learning pipelines, or AI‑accelerated development tools.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps toolchains (CI/CD, IaC, containerization).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
