Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of large‑scale AI and data analytics projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and data pipelines on cloud platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, adopting Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate time‑to‑value.
- Build and mentor high‑performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and client focus.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into technical solutions and articulating value propositions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or related technology delivery roles.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects with global stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data engineering tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks and large‑scale model deployment.
