About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with U.S. Intelligence Community agencies to design, implement, and optimize AWS‑based solutions that meet stringent security and operational requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with agency mission objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through project lifecycles, from architecture design and integration to deployment and post‑launch support.
- Apply security best practices for applications, servers, and data, conducting risk assessments and recommending mitigations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AWS services, emerging cloud technologies, and national security regulations to provide forward‑looking advice.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and secure application architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex cloud projects in regulated or high‑security environments.
- Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management in a national security context.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
