About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy ServiceNow modules and custom applications for HR processes.
- Build responsive front‑end components using React and integrate them with ServiceNow back‑end services.
- Implement server‑side logic in Node.js and Python, ensuring secure, scalable APIs.
- Collaborate with data scientists to embed AI/ML features that enhance workforce insights.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and maintain documentation for all deliverables.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver training sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform, including scripting, UI policies, and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and cloud deployment (AWS or Azure).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
