Deliverability Engineer, Core Sending

As a Deliverability Engineer, Core Sending at resend, you will be responsible for ensuring the high deliverability and sender reputation of our email service. This role requires a strong understanding of email infrastructure, sender reputation, and deliverability best practices. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify and resolve deliverability issues, implement new features, and optimize our email sending infrastructure. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in email deliverability and implementing best practices to maintain our sender reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation best practices.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve deliverability issues.
• Implement new features and optimize email sending infrastructure to improve deliverability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in email deliverability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverability and sender reputation goals are met.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in email deliverability and sender reputation.
• Strong understanding of email infrastructure, including SMTP, DNS, and email protocols.
• Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
