ML Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of AI agents that accelerate application development and enhancement, leveraging Python, deep learning, and generative AI to automate code generation, refactoring, and legacy modernization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that assist throughout the SDLC, including code generation, scaffolding, API development, and integration.
- Develop agents for code refactoring, optimization, and automated bug detection and resolution.
- Implement AI copilots to accelerate feature delivery and support impact analysis for code changes.
- Create agents that analyze existing codebases to suggest enhancements, optimizations, and legacy modernization strategies (e.g., Java/.NET upgrades).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing development pipelines and ensure seamless user experience.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building AI/ML models.
- Hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and generative AI techniques.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and modern CI/CD practices.
- Experience with code analysis, refactoring tools, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
