About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to extract insights that inform strategic and programmatic decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance decision support tools, models, and dashboards using Python, SQL, and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct research on industry trends, emerging analytics techniques, and best practices to continuously improve decision support capabilities.
- Present findings, recommendations, and visualizations to senior management, translating technical results into clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all decision support systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data quality assurance, governance, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
