Lead Debug Validation Engineer driving end‑to‑end validation of AI compute silicon and software stacks, ensuring reliability and performance across multiple product levels using advanced verification techniques and scripting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive validation plans for AI compute silicon and associated software stacks.
- Develop and maintain testbenches in SystemVerilog and Python, integrating simulation, emulation, and formal verification tools.
- Collaborate with silicon, firmware, and software teams to diagnose and resolve complex hardware‑software interaction issues.
- Automate regression suites and performance benchmarks to accelerate release cycles.
- Document findings, create detailed defect reports, and drive root‑cause analysis for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hardware validation, with a strong background in silicon design and verification.
- Hands‑on experience with simulation/emulation platforms (e.g., Questa, VCS, Accellera tools) and formal verification methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in AI compute or high‑performance computing environments is a plus.
