Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the School’s academic vision, ensuring alignment with university goals and industry needs.
• Oversee curriculum design, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning outcomes.
• Lead research strategy, secure external funding, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration across departments.
• Manage the School’s budget, allocate resources efficiently, and report financial performance to senior university leadership.
• Represent the School in university governance, external partnerships, and at national and international academic forums.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong record of research and publication.
• Minimum of 10 years of academic experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in securing research funding and managing multi‑million‑euro budgets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all academic activities.
