Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines and analytics platforms to support M&A, divestiture, and capital‑markets transactions.
• Collaborate with deal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models and visual dashboards that improve deal sourcing, valuation accuracy, and post‑transaction integration.
• Manage cloud‑based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance data environments.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers, fostering best practices in data governance, documentation, and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related technology roles within finance, consulting, or corporate M&A environments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack components (e.g., Snowflake, dbt).
• Strong understanding of deal lifecycle processes and ability to apply machine‑learning techniques to financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
