As a Database Support Engineer for the AMER region, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. You will work closely with our engineering team to resolve complex database issues, optimize database performance, and ensure the overall health of our database infrastructure. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of new database features and tools.

- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in database support and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, including data modeling, normalization, and indexing.
- Experience with database management systems, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
