Kled AI is seeking a Database & Infrastructure Engineer (Full Stack) to optimize and scale their PostgreSQL infrastructure, handling millions of daily file uploads and hundreds of millions of media records. The role involves designing indexing and query strategies, improving performance across data pipelines, and building internal tools for large datasets. This engineer will play a crucial role in designing systems that move and package data for frontier AI labs.
Kled is building the largest opt-in human data network in the world. We are not a labeling firm or a task marketplace, but a consumer application where people upload their real photos, videos, and documents and get paid continuously. We then filter, standardize, and license that data to frontier AI labs and enterprises that need fresh, rights-aware training data.

As a Database & Infrastructure Engineer (Full-Stack Systems), you will be responsible for making Kled's data layer world-class. We process millions of files per day and store hundreds of millions of media records. This role is not just DBA work; you’ll help design the systems that move and package the data powering frontier AI labs.
Base salary: $150,000 - $250,000 plus $150,000 – $350,000 in equity.
