We are looking for a highly skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimize hybrid database environments across on‑premises SQL Server , Azure SQL PaaS , and Azure Databricks . This role requires expertise in administration, performance tuning, automation, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL Server administration, cloud database management, and modern data integration tools, with a passion for driving automation and supporting enterprise‑level data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Administer SQL Server : Install, configure, patch, secure, and maintain on‑premises SQL Server environments, including backup/restore and disaster recovery.
Manage Azure SQL PaaS : Provision, scale, configure geo‑replication, failover groups, and optimize cloud database costs.
Support Databricks : Configure clusters, manage Unity Catalog access, schedule jobs, and integrate with data sources.
Develop ADF Pipelines : Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines and manage integration runtimes.
Maintain SSIS Packages : Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, including those in Azure Integration Runtime.
Optimize Performance : Perform query tuning, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and resource governance.
Implement Security : Enforce encryption, auditing, and compliance standards across hybrid environments.
Ensure High Availability : Configure Always On Availability Groups, log shipping, and geo‑replication solutions.
Monitor & Respond : Set up alerts, monitor pipelines, and resolve incidents to meet SLAs.
