About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust web analytics frameworks using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to capture actionable data across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and execute advanced SQL queries and data models to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Create compelling dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar tools to communicate performance metrics and insights to cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with media, creative, and product teams to define key performance indicators, set benchmarks, and recommend optimization strategies that drive measurable ROI.
- Lead data governance initiatives, establishing best practices for data collection, tagging, and quality assurance across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing measurement, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings to senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
